We recommend selecting shoes based on the technicality of your trails. For soft mud and loose dirt, look for deep lugs (5mm+). For hard-packed paths and rocky terrain, a more versatile lug pattern with a rock plate for protection is ideal.
What is your return policy for worn gear?
We offer a 30-day 'Trail Test' guarantee. If your shoes or gear don't perform to your expectations after a few runs, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for runners who need their gear ready for a weekend race.
Are your hydration vests sold with reservoirs included?
Most of our hydration vests include a 1.5L or 2L BPA-free reservoir. Please check the 'What's in the box' section on the specific product page to confirm if it includes a bladder or soft flasks.
