At Run Trails, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused trail running equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include the printed return authorization form to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
